Bob's Air & Heat was established in 1969 by Bob Ball and Don Brenneman on Lawrence road in Kemah Texas. After one short year Bob and Don purchased a building at 305 Houston Avenue in League City where the business exist to present day. In 1973 the company became incorporated with the state of Texas and became a radio dispatched service facility and hired their first full time service technician. After more than a half dozen years of service, Bob's Air & Heat hired Robby Surman whom Don immediately took under his wing and mentored the current owner. In 1986 Don Brenneman purchased the company completely from Bob Ball who left the company to explore other ventures. At this time Robby Surman was named "Service Manager" and the company experienced the greatest level of service growth in it's history. During the next fourteen years, as Don and Robby worked side by side, their commitment to providing the finest mechanical service possible allowed the company to expand. In 2000 Don Brenneman retired, selling the company to the one person whom he felt was committed and experienced enough to provide the same level service his company had always delivered. That person was Robby Surman. Since that time Bob's Air & Heat has evolved into a company that has adapted with the times by providing a broarder spectrum of services. Though management has changed over the years, the same desire to provide professional service at a fair price has not.
